Due to an advance in technology of FA’s equipment, this stimulates our engineer staffs to keep improving their knowledge and skills to be up-to-date. We have provided training, supporting and consulting for our customer to utilize to the most benefit from our product in order to maximize efficiency of our customers’ manufacturing process and control. Our mission is to ensure that our product will operate perfectly with customer’s system which entrust the customers that their investment will value in both term of time and productivity.

TECHNICAL CONSULTING

Our company has many experiences engineers who are specialized to our various kinds of system. We are prompt to suggest the most suitable system for our customers to satisfy their needs as well as develop new machine by transferring system from old machine.

SUPPORT

We have more than 40 engineers to support our customers. For achieving the best support service, we store all data and knowledge for sharing in our database in order to serve the best support to our customers.

TRAINING

We provide both in-house and outside training. Our training composes of 10 courses which have been repeated more than a hundred time altogether in a year. Training courses are ranged from beginning to advance. Each of class can support up to 20 trainees. To make our training more effective, we provide a real training kit for our trainees to study in pair. Our training engineers have the real experience on site as well as joining the training aboard which conducted by MITSUBISHI. Directly know-how transferring can ensure that our training engineer will deliver all up-to- date technique to our trainees.
