This project aims to increase green areas for sustainable living in society, so with every elevator sold, we will plant one tree for our society. We hope this will help decrease air pollution and filter air for our society. We have been running this project since 2009, and we have been growing tress in various places under the Mitsubishi name or under our clients’ names. For instance, at Mitsubishi Garden at Baan Sam Lung School, Pracha-Rangsan, Sukhothai, we grew 200 trees around the school and the football field. We also planted 999 Ratchapruek trees in the middle of the Bangna-Trat Road, Km. 6 for His Majesty the King. We believe it will help filter the air for the drivers and the people that live on Bangna-Trat Road.
Recently at Nawamintrachutit Industrial and Community College, Mr. Hidetoshi Kan, managing director of MET, and Mr. Pitipong Pongsathornvivat , director of Nawamintrachutit Industrial and Community College, jointly signed a bilateral cooperation agreement for the college’s higher vocational certificate dual training system in electrical power. Project to develop the community around KYE: By integrating most of private companies located in Bangchalong Subdistric, our company has organized campaign to Clean Canal and built up the cleanliness and orderliness in our Bangchalong community, for example developing Canal routes in the area, removingl water hyacinths and wastes from canel.
